Fees are $385 and services include:
- Pick up and deliver your abstract to the title company
- Order title update and arrange for abstract delivery to buyers attorney for title opinion
- Clear all title issues on the opinion (ie. Mortgage payoffs, any tax liens, possible judgements, child support)
- Provide any bills to the buyers escrow company and review settlement statement for accuracy
- Prepare Warranty Deed and other necessary title documents for the closing
- Review all documents with you and sign them prior to your closing
- Attend your closing for you
